1. Configuration characteristics of horizontal rotating stirring: A pair of traveling wave magnetic field stirrers are configured on the two wide surfaces of mold continuous casting spare parts, namely F surface (fixed) and L surface (movable), to excite two traveling wave magnetic fields in opposite directions and induce two electromagnetic forces in opposite directions in molten steel. Since the flowing direction of molten steel is always consistent with the moving direction of the magnetic field, for example, the traveling wave magnetic field direction of F surface is to the left, the flow direction of molten steel is also to the left.

 

2. Electromagnetic stirring mode of crystallizer accessories-configuration characteristics of downward linear stirring: one or two pairs of traveling wave magnetic field stirrers are respectively arranged on the two wide surfaces of the crystallizer, I .e. F surface and L surface, along the drawing direction, to excite two traveling wave magnetic fields with the same direction and downward direction, and to induce two electromagnetic forces with the same direction and downward direction in molten steel.

 

Since the flow direction of molten steel is always consistent with the direction of magnetic field movement, and also due to the continuity of the fluid, two circulations along the front of the solidification surface vertically downward and upward from the center are formed in the crystal, I .e. downward straight stirring.

 

At the same time, steelmaking will take the cleaning of the reservoir of the continuous casting crystal parts as a normal work to improve the quality of the products, and will be cleaned from time to time according to the turbidity of the water quality. The turbidity of the main index of water quality can be reduced to half for the production water cleaned each time, which creates conditions for the safety and stability of steelmaking and the improvement of product quality.
